I've been invited to a meeting using the calendaring function. Is there an
easy way to add other invitees to my contacts?

This is for Outlook 2003: Open the event, click the Scheduling tab. If smart tags are enabled, each attendee will have a small globe to the right of the address. Click in and select Add to Outlook Contacts. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
