BCM, is that business contact manager? I have that program installed, but
this is a contact, not a business contact from BCM, or does the little clock
indicate a connection to a BCM record?

Thanks for your time

I thought that's what you were using because you referenced the "Bcard icon"
in your initial post. What is "the Bcard icon"? Assuming you're looking in
the Contacts folder, in what view are you seeing it?

Hi,
the Bcard (business card) icon shows uop in several contact views, just go
to the phone list view, on mine, the icon column is located to the left, and
as I said, it looks like a little business card and some of them have a
second icon, that is very very small and looks like a little clock.
Thanks

The business card with the clock signifies a journal-enabled contact. See
