Outlook - Contacts - too many personal and contact folders

Brian was helpful is having me attach my data files to my outlook. Now I have
too many personal and contact folders. What is the best procedure to
consolidate the folders? My final goal is to be able to sync again with the
blackberry to ensure the exchanged information are placed in the sorrect
locations. Thanks

Copy any of the Contacts that are not in your default Contacts Folder into
your default Contacts Folder. Delete all but your default folder once you
are sure you have copied the data correctly.
Do you need need instructions on how to copy Contacts?

I hope not. I will open a contacts folder, copy ad paste it in the other. If
a window opos up asking me where I need to move files, I will choose the
right place. Is that correct?

Not exactly. Copying the folder won't help you. Copy the contents.
