Default Indexing in Windows creates multiple listings for Outlook

When I click on the start button, and type in an outlook contact, I get
multiple greyed out listings along with the regular listing in outlook. Using
Win 7 but I'm sure it's same in Vista.

Was told to post here instead of Windows group.

I get multiple listings that are greyed out, along with the one good listing
when doing a search from the start menu. I've already run scanpst, and the
office diagnostics. Any clues?
thanks...
jf
