Avoiding Printing Addresses in Header
I broadcast emails for my son's store. If I print out the email after having
received it, all the broadcasted addresses print out in the header. Is there a way to avoid having the addresses print out? I don't want to send it message as an attachment because few would open the attachment. I'm using windows Vista Home Premium and Office 2007 -- Alan Zengel |

Hit Forward and delete the addresses, then print.
Are you putting the addresses in the To/Cc fields or BCC? You should use the BCC field. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Poll: What version of Outlook do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=27072 "Alan" wrote in message ...
