Contacts are in wrong folder
When using outlook I click on "to" to choose a contact but the contacts are
empty. However when I click on contacts they are all there!!! The dialogue box that opens when clicking "to" has "show names from the" and then I can choose if I want the contacts from outlook adress book (empty) or contacts (where I can see them all). Is there a way that by clicking "to" that all of the contacts are visible straight away? |

Just configure the Outlook Address Book view to show the folder that
contains your Contacts first. Tools Options "Show this address list first:" -- Russ Valentine "AYJ" wrote in message ... Yeah but there is no tools on the toolbar there. I had to access the address
book from the main toolbar to find the address book toolbar. But thanks anyway it is sorted out now.
