Default Find vs. custom forms

Greetings,

Created some custom contact forms in outlook 2003. When using the
Find
feature (Tools - Find- Find) , I find that i cannot locate items
that contain information in one of the cust fields that have been
added to the form. Is there something i may have forgot to do in my
form design, or is this some limitation on the Outlook Find feature?

Thanks,
K

Did you define the fields at the folder level, as well as the item level?
Check the field definitions for the folder(s) in question. If the fields are
defined for the folder, they should be searchable through the Advanced Find
dialog by specifying the fields on the Advanced tab.
