Modified Appointment Form crashes Outlook
 

I've created an Appointment Form adding a number of resources (conference
rooms). It was based on the original Appointment.IPM only the resources were
added (unticked), no additional changes.
This was published to the Organizational Forms Library. A policy based
script then changes the local clientsdefault Appointment Form to the altered
version.

Now when a Distribution List is added to the To field and then expanded the
entire application crashes.

Any Ideas or suggestions to resolve this issue?
