Meeting Form print style

Hi! I have created a meeting (appointment) form - just saved an appointment
form as .oft and added a table to the notes field for an agenda.
I want it to be available to all users - I can save it to a shared location
for templates.
My question is how can I make a print style - a little different from the
standard memo style - with a header, and the fields in a different order? -
available to all users.

Printing in Outlook is primitive and you can't really make better layouts.
What many of us do is to print to Word if we want different formatting.
