I have recently been given a long list of 85 phone numbers that are to be used for conference calls. My thinking is to create a new form with all the numbers listed on it so that when I go to schedule a new meeting, all the numbers are listed on the sheet already. I have been trying you use HTML to create the lists however, when I do this, and send myself the invite, all I get is text, which has not been interpreted by outlook.
Does anyone know why it is not being interpreted correctly and secondly, does what I suggest seem to be the best approach? Outlook 2003 Window XP Thanks |
