I am attempting to make a customizable Outlook form with a checkbox. I want an email address to be auto populated with a certain email address when the checkbox is checked. I figured out how to do this with a radio button by setting the radio button value to the email address, and then making the "to" field equal to the radio button value, however I cannot set the value for a checkbox. Please help! is there code that I can use behind the form to make the auto populate the "to" field with a certain address once the checkbox is clicked?
