How to limit a recurring appointment
 

Hello:

My company have a some mailboxes that we use to schedule meetings on
our conference rooms. Unfortunally we had instances where a user
configurer a recurring appointment. Theses users leave the company,
but they forget to clean-up any recurring meetings that they may have.

Is there a way to apply a limit to a recurring appointment? I'm
looking for a way to limit appointments to a 3-6 month period.

How to limit a recurring appointment
 

Normally the one making the appointment can set this to recurring to several
weeks or set an enddate when making the appointment.
Guess you tell your users how to use the agenda properly, cause right now i
dont know a limit for it to set to max 6 months.
