I have some contacts in Microsoft Excel like for example: Maria +351 96 777
55 66, and I want to transfer this contact to my contact list in the outlook . |

Use the File | Import and Export command in Outlook for this.

So, do what the error message suggests: create a named range. Open the Excel file, select the data you want to import, then choose Insert | Name | Define, and save the file.
