how do I modify the message field in an outlook form ?

When I add an attachment, while running the form, the message box splits and
there is only a very short space for attachments and you can't see them
all.. How do I modify the message field to not split and allow the
attachments to be in the actual message field?

The behavior can't be modified and is controlled by the message format -- RTF vs. HTML or plain text.
