Icon for new Contacts form not the one I selected?
 

I have designed a new contacts form, based on the standard Contact form in
Outlook. Whilst in Design Time, on the Properties tab, I have changed the
Icons to be used to the same as the original Contact's icons, both small and
large. However, after publishing the form, and after creating a new contact
using my form, I go into Contacts View and the Icon shown is still the
default one (namely yellow post it note with pin through) and not the one I
selected which is "CONTACTSL.ICO" and "CONTACTSS.ICO".

What am I missing?

This is now working today. I guess I should have tried restarting my PC
before posting. Thanks anyway.
