I know this can be adjusted on each email one composes, but I'd like to able to do that adjustment once and have it appear the same on all emails I compose. R |

I'm using the 2003 version that is part of the Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003. Thanks for your help! R What version of Outlook are you using?
