hi, i work for a lan in witch there are an exchange server 2003 on a
server 200 (all microsoft) and a lot of clients outlook 2003!
I program some form in outlook but i want to do this:
when a user push the button "TO" the list that appear him must be
formed of some of all possible receiver in the server exchange and not
all.
i must do it because the user are divided in a hierarchical
organizzation and a user that is at 4th level (for exemple) can send
mail only to 3th or 5th level.

That's not a custom form function. Talk to your Exchange administrator about setting up the appropriate containers in Active Directory.
