I am new at this but I think I am making it more difficult than it should be.
Here is the problem. I have a combo box on a form followed by 3 textboxes. The combobox is connected with a table which shows a service to be done, the $ amount and a starting and ending time. When an item is picked I have in the "AfterUpdate" event Text124 = [Time Slot Type].Column(1) or ($ amount box = starting time from table). This works. Then I try Window1Start (which is starting time textbox) = [Time Slot Type].Column(2). This does not work. The table and the receiving field are "Medium Time". I tried Window1Start = "08:00AM" (receiving field = a literal) and it worked. What am I doing wrong?? Access the Positive |

Perhaps you meant to post in an Access forum, rather than in a forum for Outlook custom forms?
