I have a custom form in outlook that I created with the "message form." I
want to edit it, but I can't seem to get to an edit mode.

You open the message, then click tools - forms - design this form. Once
the form transforms itself into an erector set, then look for the white-ish
balloon on the tool bar that opens up the Code Editor (if that is what you
mean by edit.)
