Forms not diplaying
Several of my outlook forms are not diplaying for people that I email them
too. I am also having trouble myself viewing old outlook forms that I have created. When I click to open the form a blank email appears. |

Most likely causes:

Checking the "Send form definition" box one-offs the form.
