Hi
Currently we use Outlook 2000. In which we have created our own stationary, using a HTML page we created. We are looking to upgrade to Outlook 2007, and are currently testing it. In Outlook 2007 I can't add any new stationary. Can anyone point me in the right direction? |

I am using VIsta and Outlook 2007. I donwloaded new stationary when using Windows Mail and want to know what path is to find themes for outlook. So far i can only go to: c:\users\user\AppData\local\microsoft\Outlook THere is no option after Microsoft to select either templates, themes or stationary? I have all files shown and the acutal Application Data has an error and i don't have access. You listed following below but i don't know what the % reflects?: %appdata%\Microsoft\Stationery "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: See if the information at http://turtleflock-ol2007.spaces.liv...E3D8!230.entry helps. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Paul Moss" Paul wrote in message ... %appdata% is an environment variable that represents a user-specific path on your system. You can enter it into the address area of a Vista folder window and see the exact path on your own system. On Vista, it should be something like, C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming.

Actually for NEW downloaded stationary to show up in themes in Outlook the
path is: c:\Program Files\ Common Files\Microsoft\ Stationary I had orignally downloaded new stationary online from Windows Mail\stationary picker. I then copied and pasted both .htm and .jpg files for each stationary name from Windows Mail: C:\users\user name\appdata\local\microsoft\windows mail\ stationary and pasted into: c:\program files\common files\ Microsfot\ Stationary it now shows up in "THEMES" in outlook!!! Yeah..pass it along!! Your suggestion seems to work for signatures ONLY: c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\microsoft\signat ures This does NOT work for stationary however.....that is the path above...interesting!! Thanks for that!! "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: %appdata% is an environment variable that represents a user-specific path on your system. That's great that you found that C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery (that's the correct path) is another place to put stationery elements. I'll add it to my list.
