Retaining E-mail Addresses on Customized Forms
I've got to find a way to ensure that all past recipients of a message will
also receive a copy of any future traffic involving that message (which is a customized form). I've tried all the combinations of address items, user defined items, properties and compose/read options I can think of. Any leads? A big thanks on this one. -- Richard |
Retaining E-mail Addresses on Customized Forms
This is a cludgy solution, but it works. Maybe someone has something better,
but until I hear of it.... On the 'read' page of the custom form, create a user defined item and set the initial value to (To + ': ' + From + '; ' + CC). On the 'compose' page of the form, set the CC inital value to the user defined item. The drawback is that the same e-mail address will be listed several times in the cc line of the message, but it works just fine. -- Richard "Richard" wrote: I've got to find a way to ensure that all past recipients of a message will also receive a copy of any future traffic involving that message (which is a customized form).
