Restore Forms in Standard Forms Library
My Standard Forms Library has become blank for some unknown reason, so how do
I go about about restoring the forms that are supposed to be there?? I don't know what caused them to be deleted, but without them my Outlook 2003 I've noticed no longer is fully functional i.e. in my inbox I noticed the context menu does not appear when I right click a single message. If I select more than one, the menu appears. Any suggestions on how I can go about restoring the contents of the Standard Forms Library? Thanks, Wayne. |
Restore Forms in Standard Forms Library
I found a solution from an old posting by Sue Mosher: ...an agressive forms
cache cleaning: Make a backup of both Forms folder (\Documents and Settings\ \ Application Data\Microsoft\Forms and \Documents and Settings\ \Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Forms) and then delete them. Restart Outlook. This solved the Right Click issue and restored my Standard Forms Library contents. Thanks Sue "Wayne" wrote: My Standard Forms Library has become blank for some unknown reason, so how do I go about about restoring the forms that are supposed to be there??
