Custom Task Form - Assign Button

I'm trying to create a custom task form. I hid the first page and
created a custom "P. 2". When I test the form, when I click the
"Assign Task" button on the toolbar the "TO:" field, Due Date, etc
don't appear like they do with a normal Task. This is not surprising,
since that information is on the hidden first page. So... How do I
assign a task if I hide the first page?

thanks!

Custom Task Form - Assign Button

You would have to provide the appropriate controls on a visible page.
