Being new to form design and having read through many of the threads about
many different problems, I am confused about the "Send form definition with
item" when it is checked and when it is not. Can someone please explain how,
when and why this is used.

Thanks

That setting is an outdated feature. It serves no useful purpose in Outlook 2003 SP2 or later.

Thanks Sue, I'll treat it like the plague, avoid it!
