Being new to form design and having read through many of the threads about
many different problems, I am confused about the "Send form definition with item" when it is checked and when it is not. Can someone please explain how, when and why this is used. Thanks |

That setting is an outdated feature. It serves no useful purpose in Outlook 2003 SP2 or later.
