Default Automatically Route Message?

I would like to create a form that automatically routes to different
recipients, depending on the button/control that is chosen. Is there a way
to do this in Outlook 2003?

Thanks, in advance, for your help.

It can be done, but it's a relatively complicated project. You'd need to start by designing some field to hold information about the item's "state," i.e. where it is in the process, and then mapping out what actions the user can take in each possible state.

Also, the form would have to be published to the Organizational Forms library on the Exchange Server. Check on that prerequisite first.
