Adding blocked senders in Outlook 2k3

Hello,
Does anyone know if there is a shortcut key to adding users to blocked
senders list?
I am getting tired of having to go through 5 steps each time I add 1 single
email address.
The Outlook help file shows this:
Add a name to the Blocked Senders List
1.. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2.. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
3.. Click the Blocked Senders tab.
4.. Click Add.
5.. In the Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be
added to the list box, enter the name or address you want added, and then
click OK.
6.. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each name or address that you want to
add.

My goal is to highlight the spam email and press one key. Lets say F9 or
something.
Any ideas?

Thanks

In Inbox click mouse right on mail header and select Junk mail and add to
blocked sender list.
