I have not made any custom forms or changed anything on the terminal server.
The users that log onto the terminal server and open Outlook with no errors but when you try to make a new mail message the form does not appear and Outlook gives you a general error. If you go to file the (New mail message) is not their. Is this a Form problem or something else. Please I'm going nuts here. I tried to detect and repair, I reinstalled, I cleared the .pst files, I checked to see if the form cache was their in the local settings, I replaced the not working users form cache with the administrators form cache. Yeah the administrator account works fine and the new mail massage is their. Can anyone help? |
