I used to use a program called Pro-write where I just clicked on it and the
program would take me into Microsoft Word and into a fax Cover sheet that I could use when I fax items over to people. That program is no longer available for Vista. Is there a way I could create a template that would take my Outlook contact and automatically fill in their name, address and fax number on the template. (Which would then be used as a cover sheet to fax items to that clients.) You could need to write code behind the Outlook contact form to create a new Word document and push Outlook data into it. The Word template information at http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?ID=24 should point you in the right direction.
