Editing an existing outlook form

Hi,
I am having difficulty editing an existing outlook form stored in the
Exchange Organizational Forms Library.
At the moment, all I want to do is change the distribution list that is
present in the "To" field of the form. For some reason, this is not being
saved.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

regards,

Darryl.

Editing an existing outlook form

Step-by-step:

1) Open the form in design mode using the Tools | Forms | Design This Form command.

2) Make your changes

3) On the (Properties) page, increment the version number.

4) Republish the form.
