awesome - thanks for your reply, Sue.
let me simplify my question: i added a field, "Project Name" to P.2, enabled Display and renamed P.2 to Project. i have to do this fer every Task i create, though. I would like very much for it to be available by default whenever i start a New Task, but i don't see how to... That's all i want to do. Can this be done, and if so, would you mind showing me how? Thanks Very Much, Glenn "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: That's what custom Outlook forms are intended to do for you.
