Default E-mails

My boss wants me to organize his E-mails and folders but on my computer. How
can we transfer his E-mails over to me without forwarding them or having to
upload them onto an external hard drive, and then transfer them back in the
appropriate folders?
I need help...ppppplllleeeasseeee
