I have created a custom e-mail form that people fill-out and send back to me.
However, when they hit the "Send" button, the form goes to their Outbox and stays there. It never comes back to me. I've tried disabling the add-ins but it doesn't seem to do any difference. Any idea? Nat |

Tell us more about how people use this form. Do they launch it from the ORganizational Forms library?

Hello Sue,
They don't use the library. I attach it to an e-mail explaining how to fill-out the form. We use the same Exchange server though. Yes, I attach the oft file.

Does the .form have your address pre-filled? Have you checked the Options page to see if it has something weird set for the folder to save the send item? What happens if they don't look at their Outbox for a day?
Note that once you apply SP2, you'll have a completely different behavior for .oft files. My address is pre-filled. The save sent message to is the Sent items.
The people trying to send me these messages don't necessarily look at the outbox folder. Some of the people still have these forms in their outbox months after filling them out. Never mind. I'll use good ol' Excel. At least that will work!
