version of forms

Hi, I saw on my form that there's a text on which you can write the version
of the form in it. The thing I want to do is to check (If I'm abble to do
it), with a VB script or thing like that , what is the version on the form
that the customer has and if it's not the last version (customer has v.1.1
and Now version 1.2 is available) I want to ask the customer to download the
last version of the form or do it in the vb script(the download of the new
application).
I hope I'm clear I'm not very good in English but I try to have a good answer.
