Change icon in custom form

I have a custom form in my journal that I created out of a "Note" form. When
I make an entry, my little icon shows (ed) in the Icon column. I know how to
change the icon, my problem is we switched to OL 2003, I had OL 2002 at work
and all features of my form still work great as before except the icon. I
even have re-entered the location of the icon, republished, restarted, OL
but the default icon for OL 2003 shows. How do I get my icon back? Where are
the OL 2003 default icons stored? (I searched, I fount the old 2002 icons no
problem)

Is the form published? An .oft file?

I believe so... I tried 3 different ways... "Publish/Save" (button on
toolbar) and Publish As, and Publish.

Let's check to be sure. Add the Message Class field to any table view and tell us what value you see for that field for items that are using your custom form. Also tell us what icon they are showing.

Ok, I see. I did it and it says IPM.Contact.PO (I thought I used a note
form, but I apparently used a contact form) But anyway, the icon used to
work.

To change the icon used by those items, open the form in design mode, change the icon on the Properties page, then republish.

I did that, that is my problem, I have changed the icons in the Properties,

Change icon in custom form

Do you change the Version property each time you publish a new version? Not
doing so is an invitation to the new form not being used and the forms cache
becoming corrupted. Try publishing with a new version setting and clear your
forms cache before that.
