Custom email form

You want to be sure that the message is sent using the TNEF wrapper.
You do this by opening the Contact Item for the recipient,
right-clicking the email address you will be using, choose properties,
and either click the check-box that says always send to this recipient
in rtf format, or selecting the always rtf format in the format
drop-down list. Which you have, check-box or drop-down list, depends
on your version of Outlook.
