Please describe in more detail what exactly you want to print, and give your

I have a similar question. I have Outlook 2007 and have created a group
calendar view for "support staff". Is there any way to print this "view". I have the Calendar Print Assistant for Outlook 2007. Thanks in advance. From Outlook Calendar, click Actions on the toolbar, then View Group
Schedules. I have several groups listed that I created. I open one of them and it shows schedules for every member of that group. "Sue Mosher [MVP]" wrote: Same question. Outlook provides no way to print what you see on such a group schedule.
There are, however, third-party tools that might help.
