Default Is a form published in Org folder accessible offline to users ?

hi ,
My question is weather a form published in an Organisational forms library ,
avaiable to users when they are not connected to the exchange server.
Are the Org forms save on the user's file system and synchronized with the
server?

thanks

If the "synchronize forms" option is checked in the Send/Receive group
settings dialog, the Organizational Forms library should be synchronized and
stored with other folder content in the user's offline folders file.

Also, any forms that the user has already used will be cached in the local
machine's forms cache.
