need to remove template in user templates in file system?

created too many templates - these are under
Tools - forms - choose a form - user template in file system
how can i delete the ones i no longer require
please help???

You remove them via Manage Forms.

In Outlook XP its via Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms | Manage Forms

If they are in the File system, the will be located in your profile path:
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates\
