I created a Phone Message form that I would like all the employees in my
department to use. I created it and saved it on a shared drive but have not
had much luck getting this form to work for everyone. I am using Outlook
2003 and would like to know if there are some easy instructions on how to get
this done for everyone.

The form must be published either to the Organizational Forms library on the
Exchange Server or to each user's Personal Forms library. See
