Emails and Macros

Hi, I am new to coding Outlook and have a quick question.

Is it possible to attach VB code to an email and make it run when the
recipient opens the message? I want to create an email that activates the
recipients text-to-speech and automatically reads the mail to them?

This is obviously to help me find my feet and for fun, but I am sure I can
find a use for this kind of thing at work.

Cheers,
Steve.

No. The only scenario that would come even close would be VBScript code behind a custom form where the recipient has access to the published form definition.
