Default Assign a signature by external or internal reciepents.

I would like to have one signature that includes my name, title, phone
number, legal ease, ad nauseam. And then I would like to have a second
signature that would just have my name.
I would like it automatically set based on if the email is being sent within
our company or if it is going to an outside email address. I’m not sure how
this would work?? Maybe based on the domain name.
We have so many back and forth emails that are internal it would be nice to
be able to read through the email without seeing all the signatures over and
over.

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

Jordan.

Hi Jordan,

I've just been looking into the same problem and I found an add-on for
Outlook available to download (link below). In my opinion it does the job
but its not free so you'll have to make your own mind up on whether its
justified for the number of people in your company.

I'd like to know if anyone knows of a freeware solution to this common
problem?

Cheers!
