After downloading all my email into my individual POP3 (yahoo) and IMAP (aol, gmail) folders, is there a way (via macro or other method) to automatically move only the "new / unread" incoming emails into a new folder?
For example: I have a separate IMAP folder group for my aol account. I right-click on the "Inbox" folder and select "Process Marked Headers" to download all my email. After downloading, I will see a combination of "new / unread / Unmarked IMAP Status" email and "old / read / Marked for Deletion IMAP Status" email listed. I want to move ONLY the "new / unread / Unmarked IMAP Status" emails automatically to my main Inbox folder or other folder. Any tips on an automated way to do this rather than manually moving emails? |
