Default Moving emails

I am looking for a bit of code that will add text to the subject line then move the email to a specific folder as soon as the email is opened from the main Inbox.

So basically the user will look at the Inbox and open an email.

The code will add "user is dealing with this as at datetime". It will then move the email from the Inbox to a sub folder called "Work In Progress"

I have code that is assigned to a button to change the subject line but I need to take this a little bit further.

TIA
