Hi all, I am wondering if anyone can help.
I have a number of repeating messages which I send out on a regular basis. To automate this I have created macros which write the message detail However, my problem is this: the emails I send out are also needed to be sent to a centralized team mailbox so they can be accessed by all, this means I also need to automatically add this team mailbox address. Does anyone know how to code this so that the address is added within the macro I use for the detail? I can hear people say that you can set up a rule to send an email to this address. The problem is the email I send out requires a response and unless the address is put in either the TO or CC fields it will not be responded to by the person(s) I have sent it to. Many thanks in anticiaption |
