Using a VBA form to autopopulate email content

Hi,

I'm fairly new to using VBA and am trying to create a macro that would allow me to use a form to complete a standard email that I send out several times a day. There are only a few details that change, such as name, training date & time, and location, and the rest of the information stays the same.

I can't seem to find any sample code that I could tweak, so if anyone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

I can provide more details if required.

Thanks in advance for your help.
