Hi,
I am new to VBA but I think this is the only way to get an accurate count of outlook conversations in my company's shared support inbox. Here is what I want to do: After my support team responds to a ticket, they put the conversation of messages into the "Archived" folder and categorize the issue type. How can I count the # of unique conversations in this archive folder BY a category type. I would like to do this report at the end of every month so a filter by date range would be great. Any suggestions? Thanks! A New User |
