Automatic Messages
at work i often need to send inspection request's out in order to do this i
have to click the forward button on the email containing the files copy paste in a word document then fill it out then add contacts etc. this makesthe process longwindeed. what i want to do is this: when i click the forward button on the email with the attachments i want outlook to check if email has attachments and if it is being sent from fleetinspection mailbox if so then it is to you the "inspection request" template i have designed for compiling the message and put the original sender in the CC: Line. how do i set this up? -- Stuart |
