Is this possible?
My business sells my different brands of products. Thus we have many types
of letters that are sent out to new customers based upon which product they are looking at. I am very ignorant of programming and macros. Is there a way to create a program where a form or dialog boxes open up and ask questions and based upon the answer of those questions a form letter is chosen and information inserted into that letter? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Tim |

If you want to complete automate this then it will require program and yes
it is possible. Without programming, it is also possible in Outlook but the person doing it would have to initiate it themselves. You could use categories for your products then simply initiate the appropriate mail merge from outlook based on the knowledge of the categories. -- Guy Forefront Business Solutions www.forefrontbusinesssolutions.com www.forefrontbusiness.com "Tim wr" wrote in message ...
