Hi,
I am testing the Free Busy feature in Outlook for my company. I am publishing my calendar to a ftp site that requires authentication (and a log in). In order to publish my calendar each day, I have to manually go to File-Open-Outlook Data File-Look In- click on the drop down box and then select ftp site at the bottom of the screen. I then get the log-in screen for the ftp site. Is there anyway that I can create a short cut or macro to automate the steps up to the log-in screen? I am currently using Outlook 2002 SP3. We do not have Microsoft Exchange. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |
